PURPOSE: A pressure generating device for a vehicle brake booster is provided to continuously generate a negative pressure to be supplied to the brake booster even when the engine is stopped while a vehicle is running, thereby improving the brake manipulation and operation. CONSTITUTION: A pressure generating device for a vehicle brake booster includes a negative pressure generating tank(3), a fan(9) rotating in the negative pressure generating tank for generating negative pressure, a rotation force supplying element to receive the rotation force of wheels for supplying the rotation force to a rotation shaft(11) of the fan, a power switching element for operating the rotation force supplying element in case of engine stop, and a negative pressure supplying element for supplying the negative pressure generated in the negative pressure generating tank to a brake booster(102).
