Summary: | PURPOSE: To provide a positive electrode material for a lithium secondary battery which is high in a capacity and excellent in a cycle property and thermal stability. CONSTITUTION: The positive electrode material for the lithium secondary battery is a lamellar compound expressed by formula LiXNi1-a-b-c-dCoaM1bM2cM3dO2. M1, M2 and M3 are selected from Ti, Mg, B or Al, x, a, b, c and d meet following conditions, x is 1.0-1.2, a is 0.1-0.3, b is 0.005-0.1, c is 0.005-0.1, d is 0.005-0.1. The sum of a, b, c and d is 0.115-0.4.
고용량으로서 사이클 특성, 열안정성이 우수한 리튬 2차 전지용 정극(正極) 재료를 제공한다. 일반식 LiNiCoMMMO로 표시되는 층상(層狀) 화합물로서, M, M, M는 Ti, Mg, B, A1 의 어느 것으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지용 정극 재료. 여기서 1.0 ≤x ≤1.2 , 0.1 ≤a ≤ 0.3 , 0.005 ≤b ≤0.l , 0.005 ≤c ≤0.1, 0.005 ≤d ≤0.1, 0.l15 ≤a+b+c+d ≤0.4를 만족한다. |
