CONSTITUTION: The wideband picture information supply program comprises an input step for inputting an address, coordinates, and a key word of a separated specific place to a sound recognition program; a moving image overlap filming step performed at a constant height by using a digital manner; a computer input, editing, and separation step of the filmed images; a program developing step for designing home page and searching image information; a database input step; a home page server and database server construction step; a use step performed by a client; a fee sanction step; a latest information comparing step. 본 발명은 인간의 가시범위내에 있는 모든 자연현상을 동사진 또는 파노라믹 사진으로 촬영한 후 정사진으로 편집하여 인터넷에 탑재한 것을, 영상정보가 필요한 모든 수요자가 인터넷을 통하여 주소, 검색어, 좌표를 입력하거나 자신의 음성을 컴퓨터 수신장치에 들려주어 해당지역의 영상을 선택하고, 그 영상을 확대 또는 축소시켜 보거나 실제 사진으로 출력하며, 계절별·연도별로 비교할 수 있도록 한 광대역 영상정보 제공방법이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은 지도에 의해서 촬영지역을 분리하고, 분리한 지역의 주소, 좌표, 검색어 및 표고를 음성인식 프로그램에 입력하는 단계(1), 일정한 높이에서 디지털 방식에 의한 동사진을 중첩 촬영하는 단계(2), 촬영한 동영상을 컴퓨터에 입력·편집·분리하는 단계(3), 홈페이지를 디자인하고 영상정보를 검색하기 위하여 프로그램을 개발하는 단계(4), database를 입력하는 단계(6), 홈페이지 서버를 각각의 process 서버와 database 서버로 구축하는 단계(7), client가 이용하는 방법에 관한 단계(8), 비용결재의 방법에 관한 단계(9), 게시판과 최근정보(10) 및 해당정보의 시간적 비교의 기능에 관한 단계(11)로 이루어진 것에 특징이 있다.
