Summary: | PURPOSE: A microcomposite powder that is obtained by co-atomization and consisted of particles of the order of 0.1 to 0.5 micrometer in size, made of fluoropolymer, which is advantageously graphite, a carbon black aggregate, a carbon fiber, an active charcoal or carbon nanotubes is provided. CONSTITUTION: The microcomposite powder comprises particles of from 1 to 300 micrometers of an electrically conductive product and particles from 0.1 to 0.5 micrometer of fluoropolymer, wherein the electrically conductive product is selected from carbon-based products such as graphite, carbon black aggregates, carbon fibers, active charcoal and carbon nanotubes, the fluoropolymer is a PVDF homopolymer or copolymer containing at least 60% by weight of VF2, the proportions of particles are, by weight, from 10 to 40% of fluorocopolymer per 90 to 60% respectively, of electrically conductive product, the powder further comprises up to 5 parts by weight of a porogen per 100 parts by weight of the fluoropolymer and the electrically conductive product combined, and the powder further comprises a product (A), which is a polymer or an oligomer, which can be dissolved with solvent, which is not a solvent for the fluoropolymer or for the electrically conductive product.
본 발명은 0.1 ㎛ 내지 0.5 ㎛의 불화중합체 입자로 피복된, 1 ㎛ 내지 300 ㎛의 전기전도성 물질의 입자를 함유하는 마이크로복합체 분말에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 한 유리한 형태에 따르면, 마이크로복합체 분말은, 불화중합체 또는 전기전도성 물질에 대한 용매가 아닌 용매에 용해될 수 있는 중합체 또는 올리고머인 물질 (A)를 함유한다. 본 발명은 또한 상기 분말로 구성된 물품에 관한 것이다. 이러한 물품은 연료전지용 바이폴라 플레이트 (bipolar plate) 또는 초고용량 커패시터 (supercapacitor) 성분일 수 있다. |
