Summary:PURPOSE: Provided is an anode thin film for lithium secondary battery equipped with current collection body and the anode active material located at its top part. The above anode thin film greatly enhances the cycle property by controlling the swelling/contracting of the silicon volume during the process of charging/discharging. When the anode thin film is used, the life of the lithium secondary battery is extended by the improvement of the chemical and mechanical stability of the interface between the electrode and the electrolyte. CONSTITUTION: The above anode thin film comprises: the anode active material which is a thin multilayer film composed of alternately piled Si layer with the thickness of 50-250 angstrom and Ag layer of 10-70 angstrom; and a buffer film with the thickness of 50-250 angstrom between the above current collection body and the cathode active material, consisting of more than one materials selected from V, Ni, Mo and Cu. 본 발명은 집전체와 그 상부에 형성된 음극 활물질층을 구비하고 있는 리튬 2차 전지용 음극 박막을 제공한다. 이 때 상기 음극 활물질층은 실리콘(Si)층과 은(Ag)층이 적층된 다층 박막 또는 실리콘(Si)과 은(Ag)을 포함하는 단일층인 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 음극 박막은 충방전 과정에서 발생하는 실리콘의 부피 팽창 및 수축을 억제하여 사이클 특성을 크게 향상할 수 있다. 따라서, 이 박막 음극을 채용하면, 전극과 전해질 계면의 화학적 안정성 및 기계적 안정성이 크게 개선되어 수명 특성이 향상된 리튬 2차 전지를 제조할 수 있다.
