PURPOSE: An Internet-based medical examination and treatment system and an operating method thereof are provided to accurately examine the health condition of an individual and to apply acupuncture to hands and feet by using a torsion field. CONSTITUTION: A server(100) and a wrist control unit(200) are connected to the wireless Internet(190). An acupuncture treatment unit(300) is connected to the control unit via a Bluetooth wireless interface(290). The server consists of a main server(110) performing member registration and withdrawal via a registration information database(120) and a diagnosis and treatment server(130) examining health and offering treatment information via a diagnosis and treatment torsion information database(140). The control unit consists of control buttons(206,208,210), a torsion field sensor input interface(214), a torsion field diagnosis data sensor(215) collecting torsion field diagnosis data, a result input button(216), a power switch(218), an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display)(222), a speaker(226), an LED(Light Emitting Diode)(232), a wireless input/output interface(230), and a knocker.
