PURPOSE: A customer interaction system is provided to enable a client to participate in a free gift event and increase traffics on a web through a positive activity by generating an active tendency of a client. CONSTITUTION: An input device(20) comprises a mouse and a keyboard as a pointing device. An output device(21) comprises a display unit as a CRT and an LCD, and a printer for outputting a hard copy. An external memory(23) comprises a hard disk, a floppy disk, and a CD_ROM etc. A ROM(24) includes a basic program, an OS, and various parameters used by a control unit(22). A RAM(25) temporarily stores data. An application processing module(25b) receives an application request from a member who clicked a button of the application page and displays a free gift application question, an application closing time, a prizewinner publication time, and the number of current applicants to the member. The member moves to a free gift application page for writing a correct answer of the free gift application question. A prizewinner deciding module(25c) decides a prizewinner by comparing a free gift correct answer with the written answer at the application closing time. The question may be decided by participating by free gift participators.
