Summary:PURPOSE: Provided is a controlling release antibiotics which has a multi-layered structure and includes biodegradable polymer as a carrier, thereby reducing side effects, such as toxicity, vomiting, headache, hypoyolemic shock, and the like caused by over dosage of antibiotics, and controlling the release of antibiotics. CONSTITUTION: The controlled release antibiotics has a spherical structure having at least two of multi layers. Each layer contains 1-10 wt.% of different kind of biodegradable polymer to 1 wt.% of antibiotics. The content ratio of antibiotics to biodegradable polymer contained in an inner layer is larger than that of an outer layer. But the degradation speed of biodegradable polymer contained in inner layer is smaller than that of outer layer.
