Summary:PURPOSE: A composition containing organic oil in water emulsions, salts, alcohols, and solvents is provided to achieve organic oil-in-water emulsions which are stable in the presence of an alcohol or an organic solvent. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises 1-30 weight percent of a salt component and 99-70 weight percent of an organic oil-in-water emulsion, each weight percentage being based on the total weight of the composition. The organic oil-in-water emulsion comprises 5-80 weight percent of a non-silicon atom containing organic oil, 0.1-20 weight percent of a silicone polyether surfactant, and 20-90 weight percent of water, each weight percentage being based on the total weight of the oil-in-water emulsion and the percentages amounting to 100. 본 발명은 염, 예를 들면, 전해질, 알콜, 용매 및 이들의 혼합물의 존재하에 수성 매질에 안정한 계면활성제로서 실리콘 폴리에테르를 사용하여 제조된 에멀젼에 관한 것이다. 당해 에멀젼은 불포화 단량체성 유기 화합물을 당해 단량체, 실리콘 폴리에테르, 촉매 및 임의의 유기 계면활성제를 함유하는 물 중에서 중합시켜 목적하는 분자량의 중합체를 수득하는 방법(i), 기타 유기 계면활성제의 존재 또는 부재하에 실리콘 폴리에테르를 사용하여 물 중에 비-규소원자 함유 유기 오일을 기계적으로 유화시키는 방법(ii) 또는 예비제조된 에멀젼에 실리콘 폴리에테르를 혼합 및 첨가하는 방법(iii)에 의해 제조할 수 있다.
