Summary:PURPOSE: A logistics management system managing distribution and schedule of product form order-acceptance to delivery, using a computer is provided to order acceptance process steps, production process steps and distribution process steps are controlled in a centralized manner to enable efficient operations, as well as to a server apparatus and a terminal apparatus used in the system. CONSTITUTION: The logistics management system in accordance with the present embodiment includes a server system(100), a user side terminal apparatus(200), a production side terminal apparatus(210), a distribution side terminal apparatus(220), and a bi-directional data communication path(300) provided for bi-directional communication between server system(100) and each of the terminal apparatuses(200 to 220). The data communication path is capable of bi-directional communication, and it may include the Internet, LAN (Local Area Network), a telephone circuit and mobile communication. The terminal apparatuses(200, 210, 220) may be mobile terminal apparatuses or fixed terminal apparatuses such as personnel computers(PCs). 본 발명에 따른 서버 장치는 사용자로부터 수주 정보를 수신하는 수신 회선, 생산 및 물류에 대한 수주 정보 및 예상 정보를 기억하는 사용자 관리 데이터베이스(120), 생산 상황 정보와 생산 지시 정보를 기억하는 생산 관리 데이터베이스(130), 물류 상황 정보와 물류 지시 정보를 기억하는 물류 관리 데이터베이스(140), 생산 표준 공정 정보 및 물류 표준 공정 정보를 기억하는 표준 공정 데이터베이스(170), 수주 정보(121), 물류 상황 정보(122), 생산 상황 정보(131), 생산 표준 공정 정보(171) 및 물류 표준 공정 정보(172)에 기초하여 예상 정보(122), 물류 지시 정보(142) 및 생산 지시 정보(132)를 제어하는 스케줄링 제어부(110)를 포함한다.
