Summary:PURPOSE: An organic fertilizer using animal blood powder including lots of protein and amino acid as a main component is provided to promote growth of crop and fruit, and prevent acidification of soil. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of organic fertilizer is as follows: preparing blood powder obtained by fermenting blood at 35-45deg.C for 55-60hrs., drying at 65-75deg.C for 6hrs. to be less than 10% of water content, and grinding to 600mesh, and optionally photosynthesis bacteria; adding 11wt.% of bio-ceramic, 8wt.% of saw dust, 5wt.% of rice hull and 3wt.% of ferment to 73wt.% of blood powder; fermenting over 2hrs. 본 발명은 동물로 부터 얻어지는 부산물인 혈분을 기초로 한 유기질 비료 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 자원재활용 및 환경보호의 효과와 함께 고단백질을 포함한 혈분의 작용으로 아미노산이 풍부하고 토양의 산성화를 유발하지 않는 혈분을 기초로 한 유기질비료 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 도축장에서 수거된 가축의 혈액을 발효, 건조, 분쇄단계를 거쳐 분말 혈분을 제조하고, 분말가공된 혈분에 바이오세라믹, 톱밥, 쌀겨, 발효소, 광합성 미생물을 배합 발효시키는 것으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
