Summary: | PURPOSE: A rubber mixture containing silica gel and its preparation method are provided, to improve the mechanical properties and the dynamical mechanical properties by adding an organic silicon compound to the rubber mixture. CONSTITUTION: The rubber mixture containing silica gel comprises 10-20 parts by weight of at least one oligomer-type polydiene which has a silane substituent represented by the formula: R1R2R3Si-X-QH-Y-Z- and shows a (thio)urethane group and/or a urea group or an amide group by modification reaction; 100 parts by weight of at least one rubber containing a double bond; and 50-90 parts by weight of at least one silicon-containing filler. In the formula, R1, R2 and R3 are independent each other and are an alkyl group of C1-C18 (preferably an alkyl group of C1-C5), an alkoxy group of C1-C8 (preferably an alkoxy group of C1-C5), a phenyl or phenoxy group of C6-C12 (preferably a phenyl or phenoxy group of C6), an alkylaryl or alkylaryloxy group of C7-C18, and at least one among R1, R2 and R3 is an alkoxy group, a phenoxy group or an alkylaryloxy group; X is a linear, branched or cyclic, arbitrarily unsaturated alkylene group of C1-12, and preferably a linear saturated alkylene group of C1-C6; Q is S or NH; Y is C=O or CH2-CH-(OH)-; and Z is O, NH or X.
