Summary:PURPOSE: An apparatus for additionally charging fine iron bearing materials in an ironmaking equipment using non-coking coal and fine iron ore is provided which improves working productivity of the ironmaking process by directly charging the fine iron bearing materials into an ore pipe. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for additionally charging fine iron bearing materials in an ironmaking equipment using non-coking coal and fine iron ore comprises a high temperature dust collection tank(9) collecting fine ore scattered from a preheating furnace(4); a storage tank(10) which is connected to the high temperature dust collection tank(9) by a firs transfer pipe(11), and into which fine iron bearing materials are supplied, or supplemented through a transfer belt line(13); an equal pressure distribution part(20) consisting of an upper storage tank(21) which is connected to the storage tank(10) by a second transfer pipe(17) and equipped with an upper level switch(22), a pressure equalization tank(23) which is connected to the upper storage tank(21) by a first switch valve(24a), and to which a first nitrogen gas pipe(29a) and a gas discharge pipe(29c) are connected, and a lower tank(25) which is connected to the pressure equalization tank(23) by a second switch valve(24b), to which a second nitrogen gas pipe(29b) is connected, and which is equipped with a lower level switch(26) and a rotation extractor(28) that is opened or closed according to signals of a weight measuring device(27) continuously measuring the weight variations; and a charging pipe(30) which guides and supplies fine ore discharged from the rotation extractor(28) into a third ore pipe(2a).
