Summary:PURPOSE: A process for separating a gaseous component from a gas mixture employing a combination of at least one regenerator and at least one ceramic membrane is provided to produce a high purity gaseous component stream. CONSTITUTION: The process for separating a high purity gaseous component from a gaseous mixture includes the steps of passing a feed gas stream containing the gaseous mixture through at least one regenerator to form a heated feed gas stream; and passing at least a portion of the heated feed gas stream through at least one selective ceramic membrane to separate a gaseous component from the gaseous mixture in the heated feed gas stream; thereby forming the high purity gaseous component and a waste gas stream. The process additionally comprises further heating the heated feed gas stream after the second step and before the third step with a heating means that comprises combustion of the heated feed gas stream with fuel; combining the heated feed gas stream with a heated mono-oxide-hydrogen mixture; or by electrical heating. 본 발명은 가스 흐름 중 다른 구성성분에서 가스의 일 구성성분을 분리하는 세라믹 막을 통해 가열된 공급 가스의 흐름(예, 공기)을 통과시키기 전에 상기 공급 가스의 흐름을 가열하는 단계를 포함하는 상기 공급 가스의 흐름에서 고순도의 가스(예, 산소)를 분리하는 방법 및 대응하는 시스템에 관한 것이다.
