Summary: | PURPOSE: A method for separating organic materials from the gas mixture containing at least one organic material and a column used in the method are provided, without using a complex apparatus in a high production yield, wherein organic material is acrylonitrile or methacrylonitrile. CONSTITUTION: The method comprise the steps of quenching the gas mixture containing the organic materials at the top part of the column; and stripping the quenched liquid at the bottom part of the column. Preferably the introduced gas mixture is allowed to be contact with a quenching liquid stream and the quenching liquid stream is allowed to be contact with an inert gas to be stripped. The introduced gas mixture is derived from the synthesis of acrylonitrile or methacrylonitrile.
본 발명은 하나 이상의 유기 물질을 이들이 존재하는 기체 혼합물로부터 상기 기체 혼합물을 컬럼에서 급냉시켜 분리하는 방법으로, 상기 기체 혼합물은 컬럼의 상부에서 급냉(quenching)이 수행되고, 컬럼의 하부에서 급냉 액체가 스트리핑(stripping)되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법이다. |
