Summary:PURPOSE: Provided are a composition for producing an open cell polyurethane foam, which dose not contain a foaming agent except water, and a cell opening agent. Also, the open cell polyurethane foam having high compressive strength, flexural strength, and density which can be used for vacuum panels, is provided. CONSTITUTION: The composition for producing the open cell polyurethane foam comprises 100pts.wt. of polyol, 3.0-6.0pts.wt. of a cell interconnecting agent, 1.0-4.0pts.wt. of a surfactant, 3.0-6.0pts.wt. of water, a catalyst, and 150-170pts.wt. of isocyanate. And the open cell polyurethane foam, having a diameter of 300-500 micrometer, is produced by injecting the composition into a press mold and compressing.
