PURPOSE: A laminated plate for a blackboard printed with a dark line for using a marker pen and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the initial and later elimination ability, the productivity and the workability of the laminated plate as well as the sharpness and the print uniformity of the dark line. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a laminated plate for a blackboard with a dark line for a maker pen comprises the steps for; applying a primer on the surface of a pre-treated material, and again applying a paint on the top surface of the applied primer; printing a dark line print layer; coating a polyethyleneterephthalate film layer on the top surface of the dark line print layer; and forming a hard coating layer on the top surface of the polyethyleneterephthalate film layer by use of an ultraviolet hardening process. Alternatively, the printing step of the dark line is replaced by a step for forming a dark line print layer on an adhesive layer formed on the top surface of the paint.
