PURPOSE: To provide a curable resin composition for an aqueous coating material having an extremely practical property and capable of giving a cured material excellent in coating work efficiency such as a quick drying property, quick curing property, etc., and also in weather resistance, solvent resistance, chemical resistance, waterproof property, etc. CONSTITUTION: This curable resin composition for an aqueous coating material contains an aqueous dispersion obtained by dispersing a vinyl-based polymer having a tertiary amino group and/or an acid group in an aqueous medium and cross-linking them at the insides of the dispersed particles, and a compound having an epoxy group and a hydrolysable silyl group simultaneously. 본발명은 수성 경화성 수지 조성물의 경화도막의 내수성 및 내후성을 비약적으로 개선한다. 3급 아미노기의 염 및 산기의 염에서 선택되는 작용성을 갖는 겔상 수지 분산 입자와, 수성 매체를 필수 성분으로 하는 수성 분산체를 주제로 하며, 또한 에폭시기 및 가수분해성 실릴기를 함께 갖는 화합물을 경화제로서 사용한다.
