Summary: | PURPOSE: A wear testing apparatus of a rubber specimen is provided to estimate wear condition of a tire accurately by measuring actual frictional force applied to the rubber specimen with wear changes according to changes of friction. CONSTITUTION: A wear test device of a rubber specimen is composed of a specimen fixing unit(10) fastening a rubber specimen(1) to turn; a wear unit wearing the rubber specimen out with contacting; a rotating unit(30) of the wear unit turning the wear unit; a blade rotating unit; a pressure unit(40) contacting the rubber specimen to the wear unit by pushing the specimen fixing unit; and a friction measuring unit(50) detecting torque of the test fixing unit. Frictional force against the rubber specimen is measured with detecting torque of the specimen fixing unit. The wear condition of the tire is estimated accurately in traveling a vehicle according to changes of friction. The wear condition according to temperature changes is detected with mounting a chamber closing a specimen placing unit and a blade placing unit, and a heating unit.
본 발명은 타이어의 트레드부에 적용되는 고무시편을 마모시험하는 장치에 관한 것으로, 시편고정수단(10)이 회동가능하게 설치되고, 시편고정수단(10)의 토오크를 감지하는 마찰력측정수단(50)이 구비되어, 고무시편에 가해지는 마찰력의 변화에 따른 고무시편(1)의 마모상태를 파악할 수 있으므로, 차량 주행시의 타이어 마모상태를 정확하게 예측할 수 있도록 된 것이다. |
