Summary: | PURPOSE: A method of conditioning organic pigments by introducing a liquid pre-pigment suspension into a miniaturized continuous reactor and thermally treating therein is provided which gives very uniform adhesion to a desired process parameter and is environment friendly, economical and technically reliable. CONSTITUTION: A liquid pre-pigment suspension comprising a pre-pigment and 4 to 20 parts by weight of a liquid medium(water, one or more organic solvents, an acid, a base or a mixture thereof) as an essential component is heat-treated at 20 to 300deg.C, preferably at 50 to 250deg.C at a pressure from atmospheric pressure to 100 bar in a miniaturized continuous reactor.
본 발명은 액상 안료 전구체(prepigment) 현탁액을 축소된 연속 반응기에 도입하고 그 안에서 열처리함으로써 유기 안료를 조절하는 방법에 관한 것이다. |
