Summary:PURPOSE: A method for charging coke and iron ore during facility malfunctioning in a blast furnace is provided which reduces deterioration of furnace conditions and decrease of an output until the facilities are restored to normal conditions by performing continuous charging by adding central coke to the coke of a main charge and small ore to the large ore of a main charge when top hopper and raw material weighing facilities are in the abnormal conditions. CONSTITUTION: In a charging method during malfunctioning of facilities in a blast furnace comprising the processes of charging a first charge of burden in the order of coke, large ore and small ore, and charging one charge of center coke between the large ore and the small ore once every two charges of burden, the method for charging coke and iron ore during facility malfunctioning in a blast furnace includes: (i) adding an amount of central coke which is charged once every two charges of burden to an amount of coke of a main charge; (ii) weighing and measuring the small ore added large ore by adding an amount of small ore to large ore; (iii) transporting an adjusted amount of coke and large ore to a top hopper; (iv) and continuously charging the burden in the order of coke and large ore until the facilities are returned to the normal conditions.
