PURPOSE: An optical recording and playback system is provided to drive finely a slider by improving a structure of an optical recording and playback system. CONSTITUTION: An optical disc(23) is supported and rotated by a spindle motor installed on a base. Data are recorded on one side or double sides of the optical disc(23). An actuator assembly(30) is composed of an actuator arm, a rod beam(40), and a flexure(50). The actuator arm is extended from a mounter(31). The actuator arm is shifted to a radius direction(A) of the optical disc(23) by a driving force of a voice coil motor installed at the base. A light receiving portion(31a) is formed at the mounter(31) of the actuator arm. The rod beam(40) is supported by the actuator arm. The flexure(50) is supported by the rod beam(40). An optical pickup portion forms an optical spot on a recording face(23a) of the optical disc(23). An optical path branch portion(63) branches selectively a beam. An optical detector(67) is installed at one side of the optical actuator. 베이스 상에 회전가능하게 설치되는 광디스크의 기록면에 정보를 기록 및/또는 재생시키기 위한 광기록 재생장치에 있어서, 기록면에 광스폿이 형성되도록 광을 집속시키는 대물렌즈를 포함하는 광픽업과; 베이스에 설치되는 보이스코일모터에 의해 광디스크의 반경방향으로 회동가능하게 설치되는 액츄에이터아암; 일측의 고정단부는 액츄에이터아암의 기록면과 마주하는 면에 고정되어 타측의 자유단부를 탄성바이어스시키며, 자유단부를 반경방향으로 미세회동시키도록 외력에 의해 탄성변형되는 힌지부를 가지는 로드빔과; 로드빔의 기록면과 마주하는 면에 일단이 지지되고, 타단에는 기록면에 접촉되며 그 내부에 대물렌즈가 장착되는 슬라이더가 설치되는 플렉셔; 및 액츄에이터아암과 로드빔 각각의 마주하는 자유단부에 설치되며, 로드빔의 자유단부에 반경방향으로 구동력을 제공하는 구동수단;을 포함하여, 슬라이더를 힌지부를 중심으로 액츄에이터아암에 대해 독립적으로 반경방향으로 미세 이동되는 것을 특징으로 광기록 재생장치가 개시된다.
