Summary: | PURPOSE: Provided is a polyisocyanate which is built up in a defined way and can, owing to its defined structure, combines advantageous properties such as high functionality, high reactivity, low viscosity and good solubility. CONSTITUTION: The polyisocyanate is prepared by the steps of (i) preparation of an addition product(A) which contains one group which is reactive toward isocyanate and at least two isocyanate groups by reacting (a) a diisocyanate or polyisocyanate I with (b1) compounds having at least three groups which reacts with isocyanate or (b2) compounds containing two groups which reacts with isocyanate or mixtures of (b1) and (b2)(where at least one of the components (a) or (b) has functional groups having differing reactivities to the functional groups of the other component and the reaction ratio is selected so that the addition product(A) contains an average of one group which reacts with isocyanate); (ii) if desired, intermolecular addition reaction of the addition product(A) to form a polyaddition product(P) containing an average of one group which reacts with isocyanate and an average of more than two isocyanate groups; and (iii) reaction of the addition product(A) and/or the polyaddition product(P) with a diisocyanate or polyisocyanate II.
(i) (a) 디이소시아네이트 I 또는 폴리이소시아네이트 I을 (b1) 이소시아네이트와 반응하는 기를 3개 이상 갖는 화합물과, 또는 (b2) 이소시아네이트와 반응하는 기를 2개 함유하는 화합물과, 또는 (b1)과 (b2)의 혼합물과 반응시켜 이소시아네이트와 반응하는 기 1개와 2개 이상의 이소시아네이트기를 함유하는 부가 생성물 (A)를 제조하는 단계 (이 때, 성분 (a) 또는 (b) 중 적어도 하나는 다른 성분의 관능기에 대해 상이한 반응성을 나타내는 관능기를 가지며, 반응비는 부가 생성물 (A)가 이소시아네이트와 반응하는 기를 평균 1개 함유하도록 선택됨), (ii) 필요한 경우, 부가 생성물 (A)의 분자간 부가 반응에 의해 이소시아네이트와 반응하는 기 1개와 평균 2개를 초과하는 이소시아네이트기를 함유하는 중부가 생성물 (P)를 생성하는 단계, 및 (iii) 부가 생성물 (A) 및(또는) 중부가 생성물 (P)를 디이소시아네이트 Ⅱ 또는 고관능도 폴리이소시아네이트 Ⅱ와 반응시키는 단계 를 포함하는 고관능도 폴리이소시아네이트의 제조 방법이 개시되어 있다. |
