PURPOSE: A system for communicating through voice message and individual voice identifier is provided to serve with more individual feel as compared with one provided by communication in other modes on the basis of an electron, in spite of the efficient and quick mode. CONSTITUTION: In the system for mediating the communicating between many decentralized clients in a distributed network, a user selects one or more voice messages, and can transmit it to at least one or more other users on the network through the individual digital subsidiary device. A voice identifier to identify a sending user can precede each voice message. The user can select or prepare the user's voice message and/or individual voice identifier.
