Summary:PURPOSE: To improve reliability by preventing moving of a nonaqueous electrolytic battery caused by propulsion force, which is produced when decomposition gas generated is discharged to the outside, at abnormality times. CONSTITUTION: The battery is composed by storing an electrode body 5, having at least a positive pole 2 and a negative pole 4, and a nonaqueous electrolyte in a closed-end cylindrical armor can 6, wherein an opening of the armor can 6 is closed by a lid body 15. The lid body 15 has a lid part 15a forming a peripheral part of the lid body 15, a projected part 15b which is formed by partially projecting the lid part, and a gas discharging hole 15c drilled at a level difference portion between the lid part 15a and the projected part 15b. A metal plate 18 having a piercing hole is arranged between the lid body 15 and the electrode body 5. 본 발명은 적어도 양극 및 음극을 갖는 전극체와; 상기 전극체 및 비수성 전해질 용액을 수용하며 저부가 폐쇄된 원통형 용기 및; 상기 용기의 개구부를 폐쇄하는 덮개체를 포함하는 비수성 전해액 배터리에 관한 것이다. 덮개체는 상기 덮개체의 주변 에지부를 구성하는 덮개부와, 상기 덮개체의 중앙부를 구성하는 돌출부 및, 상기 덮개부와 상기 돌출부 사이에 배치되며 환기 구멍을 갖는 단차부를 갖는다. 관통 구멍을 갖는 금속판이 상기 덮개체와 상기 전극체 사이에 배치된다. 이러한 구성에 의해, 비정상 상태에서 발생된 분해 가스가 배터리의 외부로 방출될 때 발생하는 추진력에 의해 배터리가 이동하는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 따라서 배터리의 신뢰성이 개선된다.
