PURPOSE: To provide a bend lamp for a vehicle that requires no separate space, has no design limitation, provides a given light distribution pattern, and ensures a desirable high-bend beam. CONSTITUTION: In a non-reflection surface 13 of a reflector 1, a light bulb 2 is arranged, around which a moveable shade 3 is arranged so as to pivot between first and second positions. Disposed in a non-used reflection surface of the reflector 1 are a first reflection surface 11 for forming the light distribution pattern LBP for low-bend beam and a second reflection surface 12 for forming the light distribution pattern HBP for high-bend beam. Thus, these are attached to the reflector of the headlamp, and therefore, a separate space for attaching to the vehicle body is not required, the design limitation is resolved, non-uniformity of the attachment precision is eliminated, and a given light distribution pattern is readily achieved to ensure the light distribution pattern for a desirable high bend-beam. 전용스페이스가 필요없다. 디자인의 제약이 없다. 소정의 배광패턴이 얻어진다. 양호한 하이밴드빔용 배광패턴이 얻어진다. 리플렉터(1)의 무반사면(13)에 광원벌브(2)가 배치되고, 광원벌브의 주위에 가동셰이드(3)가 제 1위치와 제 2위치와의 사이를 회전가능하게 배치되고, 리플렉터(1)의 무사용반사면(2)에 로우밴드빔용 배광패턴(LBP)을 형성하는 제 1반사면(11)과 하이밴드빔용 배광패턴(HBP)을 형성하는 제 2반사면(12)가 설치되어 있다. 이결과, 헤드램프의 리플렉터에 부착되어 있으므로, 차체에 부착하기위한 전용스페이스가 필요없고, 자동차 디자인의 제약의 과제가 해결되고, 부착정밀도의 스캐터링등이 없어지고, 소정의 배광패턴이 간단하게 얻어져서, 양호한 하이밴드빔용 배광패턴이 얻어진다.
