PURPOSE: A remote detecting system for gas is provided to detect a used amount of gas and a replacing time of a gas container for continuously supplying the gas. CONSTITUTION: A power is applied to a power unit(12). A CPU(Central Process Unit)(10) and a telephone network(6) are insulated by a photo coupler(11). In case of a signal is detected by an automatic switch adjusting apparatus(1), a meter(2), an alarm(3), an evaporator sensor(4), and a disconnection detector, the signal is inputted to the CPU. The CPU transfers a signal corresponding to a state of a gas container such as a gas container replacing signal to the telephone network and a telephone(9) through a signal transfer unit(5). The telephone network transfers the signal to a decoder(7). The decoder decodes the gas container replacing signal for transferring the signal to a computer(8). The signal is displayed on a screen for a seller to replace the gas container. 본 발명은 가스통의 교환시기 및 가스 사용량을 자동으로 검침하여 필요한 조치를 할 수 있도록 함과 동시에 가스 배달, 가스 누출에 대한 경고, 시스템 동작용 배터리 교환 등의 부가적인 동작과 함께 구성을 단순화한 가스 원격 검침시스템에 관한 것이다.
