CONSTITUTION: A bi-directional speaker comprises a receiver and a speaker, which are integrated into a single body. The receiver includes a common yoke(12) having first and second outer periphery portions, first and second inner periphery portions and first and second recesses; the first magnet(11) mounted at the bottom of the first recess of the common yoke, and which generates the first non-alternating magnetic field; the first plate(14) mounted onto the first magnet, and which forms the first magnetic gap(G11) between the outer periphery of the first plate and the first inner periphery portion of the common yoke; the first coil(17) for generating the first alternating magnetic field upon applying of the first driving signal from an external source, and which is disposed in the first magnetic gap; the first vibration plate(16) an outer periphery of which is supported at the bottom of the second recess of the yoke so as to generate sound corresponding to the first driving signal when the first coil shifts location in a vertical direction. The speaker includes a support frame(20) which accommodates the second outer periphery portion of the common yoke, and has third, fourth and fifth recesses; the second magnet(13) mounted at the bottom of the third recess of the support frame, and which generates the second non-alternating magnetic field; the second plate(15) mounted onto the second magnet, and which forms the second magnetic gap(G12); the second coil(19) for generating the second alternating magnetic field upon applying of the second driving signal; and the second vibration plate(18) an outer periphery of which is supported at the bottom of the fifth recess of the frame so as to generate sound corresponding to the second driving signal when the second coil shifts location in a vertical direction. 본 발명은 폴더형 이동통신 단말기용 양방향 스피커에 관한 것으로, 특히 단일의 요크를 공유하면서 요크의 내외측에 독립된 음향재생 기능을 갖는 리시버와 스피커가 서로 반대의 극성의 마그넷을 사용하여 자기효율의 극대화를 도모하도록 구성됨에 따라 슬립형 구조로서 고입력, 고출력, 고 효율 및 평탄한 주파수 특성을 나타내는 양방향 스피커에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 제1 및 제2 외경부와 제1 및 제2 내경부를 갖도록 제1 및 제2 내경부에 대응한 2단의 제1 및 제2 요홈이 형성된 공통요크와, 상기 공통요크를 지지프레임과 요크로 이용하여 공통요크의 내부에 형성된 내자형 리시버와, 상기 공통요크를 요크로 이용하여 상기 공통요크의 반대면에 형성된 외자형 스피커로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
