Summary: | PURPOSE: An algorithm for estimating parameter of solar battery and a measure device of the same are provided to measure an accurate parameter by using an algorithm compensating for a series resistance component and a parallel resistance component respectively. CONSTITUTION: A solar battery(1) converts a light from a solar light or simulator(50) into an electrical energy. A control unit(20) controls a load unit(30) to measure an output specificity of current and voltage of the solar battery(1), and measures a present environmental condition of measure by using a temperature and isolation quantity sensor(40). A computer(10) analyzes and manages a result value estimated through a parameter estimation algorithm. |
