CONSTITUTION: An electric equipment(10) servicing method for providing information through a remote interface comprising automatically receiving digital technical and payment data from the remote interface, automatically transferring the technical and payment data from the remote interface to a data processing system(11) including at least one database(22 or 24) for storage of the technical data, automatically evaluating the data, transmitting digital information regarding the technical data to the remote interface, and using the payment data to obtain payment for the transmitted digital information.
