PURPOSE: To remove exhaust gas supplied to a turbine from clearance between a side plate and nozzle vanes by bypassing a passage between the respective nozzle vanes of a variable turbocharger. CONSTITUTION: A nozzle part 100 of this variable turbocharger 10 is formed of a mount plate 102 mutually separately arranged in the rotary shaft direction of the turbine 28 and the side plate 104 connected to the mount plate 102 by plural support bolts 108 for crossing the nozzle part 100. The variable turbocharger 10 is provided with pressing means 116, 150 for pressing the side plate 106 to the mount plate 102 side and a limiting means 108 for limiting shaft directional operation turning to the mount plate 102 of the side plate 106. 본 발명은 가변 터보챠저의 각 노즐베인 사이의 유로를 우회하여 사이드 플레이트와 노즐베인의 틈에서 터빈으로 공급되는 배기가스를 제거하는 것을 목적으로 하여, 가변 터보챠저 (10) 의 노즐부 (100) 가 터빈 (28) 의 회전축방향으로 서로 이간배치된 마운트 플레이트 (102) 와, 노즐부 (100) 를 횡단하는 복수의 지지볼트 (108) 에 의해 마운트 플레이트 (102) 에 연결된 사이드 플레이트 (104) 로 형성되어 있음과 동시에, 가변 터보챠저 (10) 는 사이드 플레이트 (106) 를 마운트 플레이트 (102) 측으로 누르는 누름수단 (116,150) 과, 사이드 플레이트 (106) 의 마운트 플레이트 (102) 를 향하는 축방향의 동작을 한정하는 한정수단 (108) 을 구비하여 구성하였다.
