PURPOSE: An oil adsorbing and decomposing agent is provided, which can shorten many complicated processes of the conventional sea contamination treatment by introducing the principle of photocatalyst and does not cause any secondary pollution. CONSTITUTION: The oil adsorbing and decomposing agent of porous bead type and 5-50 mm in diameter is formed by homogeneously mixing: (i) a supporting material that consists of an organic matter obtained from highly oil absorbing monomer or a mixture of an organic matter obtained from highly oil absorbing monomer with an inorganic matter composed of Al2O3 or SiO2, the highly oil adsorbing monomer being polypropylene, polystyrene, polynorborene, derivatives thereof, long chain alkyl methacrylate, long chain alkyl acrylate and derivatives thereof; and (ii) a photocatalyst that promotes oxidation-reduction reaction. 본 발명은 고흡유성 단량체로부터 얻어진 유기물, 또는 고흡유성 단량체로부터 얻어진 유기물과 AlO또는 SiO로 구성된 무기물의 혼합물로 이루어진 지지체; 및, 산화-환원 반응을 일으키는 광촉매를 균일하게 혼합하여 형성한 다공질 비드형 오일 흡착 및 분해제를 제공하여 이를 오일 제거방법에 사용케 함으로써, 별도의 회수과정과 처리과정 없이 오일을 제거할 수 있게 한다.
