CONSTITUTION: The ladle heating apparatus having high efficiency comprises a burner (3) installed at a flame guide of the heating apparatus for uniformity of temperature distribution inside the ladle and complete combustion of fuels; and heat exchangers (30) installed for recovering waste heat radiated, wherein a material of the nozzle and the tube for the heat exchangers is a high temperature alloy such as nickel/chromium steel and nickel/cobalt steel, and silicon nitride, Sialon and silicon carbide ceramic material.
