Summary:PURPOSE: A packet switched mobile radio telecommunications system with more effective hard handover is provided to improve communication quality by providing a hard succession configuration in which the interruption of connection to a mobile object is small/short regarding a general mobile telephone system (UMTS) operating based on a packet exchange theory, an overall system (GSM) for mobile communication or the other remote mobile radio communication system. CONSTITUTION: In packet switching mobile radio telecommunications systems, such as a UMTS or a GSM, a target RNC(24) request a support controller(22) of a direct link(36) and transmits uplink frames from a TRNC(24) and a core network(10) to a core network(10). The core network(10) transmits downlink frames to TRNC(24). The TRNC(24) determines the time when handover is completed, and re-constructs frames if necessary. UMTS 또는 GSM과 같은 패킷 스위칭 모빌 무선 통신들 시스템에서, 모빌(18)의 하드 핸드오버에 대하여, 타겟 RNC(24)는 지원 제어기(22)에 직접 링크(36)를 요청하여, 모빌(18)로부터 TRNC(24)와 코어 네트워크(10)에 업링크 프레임들을 전송한다; 코어 네트워크(10)는 TRNC(24)에 다운링크 프레임들을 전송한다. TRNC는 핸드오버를 완료해야 할 시기를 결정하고, 필요시 프레임들을 재구성한다.
