Summary:PURPOSE: A digital circuit distributing apparatus(DCS) network design and plan decision support method is provided to accurately and effectively input information and perform an operation management by inputting a figure and a character, exchange a data over a long period in consideration of a network structure and a data, process a transmission demand data of a dedicated line, and verify a design through a simulation by generating a transmission demand by using a random variable generator. CONSTITUTION: An input data collecting unit(10) includes an input data preprocessor unit for inputting a use method of a design tool and defining a status of a random generator of a support tool. A transmission demand computing unit(20) includes a local division and network structure processing unit for generating a matrix defining a low home office by centralized offices and generating a matrix for expressing a connection status of an exchanger and an exclusive nod. A modeling-based transmission demand generating unit(30) includes a probabilistic exchange line demand generator for generates a demand between the whole exchangers by using the random generator according to a probability concentration type, an average value and a distribution value. A DCS connection structure modeling processing unit(40) includes a connection structure preprocessor for inputting a connection unit capacity of the exchanger, a connection unit capacity of an exclusive node, a connection structure between the exchanger and the DCS, a connection structure between the exclusive node and the DCS and a DCS connection structure between centralized offices and converting them into related data. A mnemonic loss rate computing unit(50) includes a maximum demand value approximating unit for computing the maximum demand value, an average value, and a distribution value by centralized offices and computing an approximated maximum demand value for computing a loss rate by using them. A detailed loss rate computing unit(60) includes an input/output demand aligning unit for aligning an input/output demand of the DCS. A network constructing cost computing unit(70) includes an initial constructing expense computing unit for computing a common expense of the DCS of a reference year and an expense by input/output ports. An output unit(80) includes a loss rate data storing unit for storing the probability density type, the average value, the distribution value, the DCS connection structure and the loss rate.
