PURPOSE: A radio caption broadcasting system is provided to enable a radio listener to simultaneously listen to audio broadcasting through a speaker or earphones and caption broadcasting through a caption signal generator by simultaneously transmitting an audio and caption of radio broadcasting. CONSTITUTION: A radio caption broadcasting system of a 2-carrier, an AM-FM, or an FM-FM way simultaneously delivers an audio signal and caption signal through a caption signal converter. The radio caption broadcasting system of the 2-carrier way among three ways processes the caption(2) through a caption signal converter(3) and adds another carrier besides the existing carrier to a caption signal and audio signal. Then, the system individually transmits the audio and caption through two pre-emphases(4) and adds L and R to each signal passing through FM modulator(6) for transmission(8). In receiver, the L and R individually pass a band pass filter(9), an FM demodulator(11), and a de-emphasis circuit(13) in order. The audio signal is output through a speaker and the caption is displayed on an LCD monitor through a caption generating circuit(16).
