Summary:PURPOSE: A process for preparing thermo-plastic resin having high chemical-resistance is provided for enhancing coloring effect and mechanical and chemical properties suitable to the applications such as electric, electronic or OA instruments and/or home appliances. CONSTITUTION: The process for preparing thermo-plastic resin for enhancing chemical and mechanical properties useable in the applications including electric, electronic or OA instruments and/or home appliances comprises adding 0.01-0.40 wt.% of copolymeric monomers containing multi-functional radicals to a raw material solution containing 5-15% of rubber component to perform bulk-polymerization; and when the content of total solids become 15-45%, transferring the polymerized material into a secondary reactor and supplying additives such as dispersing agent, solvent, lubricants and/or initiating agent to suspend and polymerize the solution.
