Summary: | PURPOSE: A method for the aldol condensation and a use of the aldol condensation product, aldehydes, for the production of an alcohol or a carboxylic acid are provided, to enhance the selectivity, yield and purity of α,β-unsaturated aldehydes and to improve the stability of the material transfer between phases. CONSTITUTION: The aldol condensation reaction by a catalytic reaction using a multi-phase reaction in a tubular reactor is characterized in that the catalyst is included in the continuous phase, at least one kind of aldehyde is included in the disperse phase and the load factor B of the tubular reactor is greater than 0.8. Preferably the carbon number of the aldehyde is 1-15.
본 발명의 촉매가 연속 상에 존재하고 하나 이상의 알데히드가 분산 상에 존재하며 튜브 반응기의 부하 인자 B가 0.8 이상임을 특징으로 하는, 튜브 반응기 속에서 다중상 반응에 의한 알데히드의 촉매 알돌 축합 방법에 관한 것이다. 이런식으로 수득된 알돌 축합 생성물은 알콜 또는 카복실산을 제조하는 데 사용될 수 있다. |
