Summary:PURPOSE: Provided is an aqueous tape attached to the surface of electric home appliances and stainless products for protecting the surface thereof, which can be dissolved fast in water. CONSTITUTION: The aqueous tape(100) comprises a release film(500), an aqueous film(200) on the release film(500), an aqueous adhesive(300) on the aqueous film(200), and a peeling film(400) on the aqueous adhesive(300). The aqueous film(200) is formed by a process comprising the steps of: adding 1-10 pts.wt. of a plasticizer to a mixture comprising 20-50 pts.wt. of polyvinyl alcohol and 200-400 pts.wt. of water; adding 1-3 pts.wt. of silicon and 0.5 pts.wt. of an antiseptic to obtain copolymers; stabilizing the copolymers; spreading the stabilized copolymers on the release film(500) and drying at 100-140deg.C. And the aqueous adhesive(300) is produced by a process comprising the steps of: polymerizing 30-100 pts.wt. of alkyl acrylate ester and 10-70 pts.wt. of acrylic acid or methacrylic acid or maleic acid at 60deg.C for 8 hours under nitrogen gas; adding aminopropyl until the reactant becomes pH 7; adding alcohol or water; adding 50-60 pts.wt. of a polyethylene glycol plasticizer to the reactant having a solid component of 30-35%.
