PURPOSE: A concrete pipe connecting method using a rubber-packing member is provided to prevent a water leakage effectively by applying to a joint of concrete drainpipes. CONSTITUTION: A concrete pipe connecting method using a rubber-packing member comprises the steps of; interposing and placing an external ring(22) of a rubber-packing member in the primary space between a radial outside(31) of an inward insertion end(34a) of a primary concrete pipe(32a) and a radial inside(33) of an outward connection end(34b) of a secondary concrete pipe(32b); placing an internal ring(24) of a rubber packing member in the secondary space between an end(36) of the inward insertion end and an inside(38) of the secondary concrete pipe; placing an extension part(26) of a rubber packing member over the primary space and the secondary space, so that the separation of the external ring is prevented by the interaction between a rubber packing member and the concrete pipes, when the primary concrete pipe and the secondary concrete pipe are coupled, to prevent the leakage of sewage to the outside through a joint of the primary concrete pipe and the secondary concrete pipe.
