PURPOSE: A data controlling method in a mobile communication exchange is provided to minimize a load time by reloading and extracting an ineffective data when restarting a processor. CONSTITUTION: A data controlling method consists of the following steps; receiving a data information from a processor when the processor is restarted; determining whether a size of the received data is identical with a size of a data saved previously; determining whether a received check sum is identical with a check sum saved previously if the size of the received data is identical with the size of the data saved previously; not reloading the data by considering that the same data and the same program are loaded if the received check sum is identical with the check sum saved previously; reloading the data by regarding as an ineffective data if the size of the received data and the check sum aren't identical with the size of the data and the check sum saved previously.
