Summary:PURPOSE: A turbo lag preventing device is provided to inhale and supply atmospheric air to the engine directly via a connection tube by opening a valve for opening and closing the connection tube in case of an initial engine starting or a sudden acceleration, thereby preventing the turbo lag phenomenon generated by the non-smooth rotation of a compressor and reducing the discharge of smog. CONSTITUTION: A turbo lag preventing device includes a connection tube(11) formed at a predetermined position of a suction distribution tube(10) of an engine to be communicated to the atmosphere, a valve(12) mounted at an outlet part of the connection tube to be opened and closed according to a pressure state in the suction distribution tube, and an elastic element(14) for connecting the connection tube to the valve and having a predetermined elasticity.
