PURPOSE: An organic electro-luminescent device is provided to increase the efficiency of the electron injection property of an organic EL device. CONSTITUTION: The organic electro-luminescent device has a layered structure including an anode(12), an organic hole transporting layer(14a) coming into contact with the anode, an organic luminescent layer(14b) making contact with the hole transporting layer(14a) on one side, an organic electron transporting layer(14c) coming into contact with the second face of the luminescent layer(14b), an electron injecting layer(16) coming into contact with the electron transporting layer(14c), and a cathode(18) coming into contact with the electron injecting layer(16).
