Summary:PURPOSE: A semiconductor integrated circuit which obtains driving electric power from a carrier with superposed data is provided to demodulate data without misdeciding even when an obtained source voltage becomes an overvoltage and to efficiently use electric power supplied from a carrier. CONSTITUTION: A two-voltage rectifying circuit is used as a power circuit(111) and a voltage adjusting circuit(112) which performs control so that electric power(VDDH) having a higher voltage value used to demodulate data will not exceeds a specific voltage value is provided with a resistance(141) and a capacity element(142) when the voltage value of VDDH varies owing to variation in the amplitude of the carrier, the voltage value inputted as a reference voltage to a regulator circuit(1121) is varied. 데이터가 실린 캐리어로부터 구동전원을 얻는 반도체 집적회로는 얻어진 전원전압이 과전압일지라도 그것을 올바르게 식별하여 데이터를 변조하는 것을 특징으로 하고, 캐리어에 의해 공급되는 전원을 효과적으로 이용하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 반도체 집적회로는 전원회로(111)로서의 2전압 정류회로와, 데이터를 변조하기 위해 사용되는 보다 높은 전압(VDDH)을 갖는 전원이 일정 전압값을 초과하지 않도록 제어를 실행하는 전압 레귤레이터회로(112)와, 저항(141)과, 콘덴서(142)를 포함한다. 이러한 구성으로, 기준전압으로서 레귤레이터회로(1121)에 입력되는 전압은 진폭의 변화에 의해 야기되는 전압 VDDH의 변화에 따라 변경된다.
