Summary:PURPOSE: To make a semiconductor integrated circuit device which incorporates a regulator use the output voltage of the built-in regulator as the power source for driving another external circuit. CONSTITUTION: A first semiconductor integrated circuit device 4 incorporates a regulator 5 and is provided with an external power supply terminal 44, for outputting the output voltage of the regulator 5 to the outside. A second semiconductor integrated circuit device 32 mounted on a system substrate 3, together with the first semiconductor integrated circuit device 4, is driven by the power supply voltage outputted from the external power supply terminal 44 of the device 4.
