PURPOSE: A side-by-side type conjugated hollow yarn, a spinning nozzle for producing it and a preparing method thereof are provided which have improved hollow ratio, compression resistance, excellent elasticity and lightweight property. CONSTITUTION: The spinning nozzle is characterized by: at least one nozzle formed with the first semicircular type slit(1) and the second semicircular type slit(2) on discontinuous circular type; and opening width of two silts been getting narrower from the one side to the other side. The preparing method is characterized by: extruding two classes polymer having different viscosity through the spinning nozzle; extruding polymer having relatively high viscosity through one opening part(Dh) having relatively wide width; and extruding polymer having relatively low viscosity through the other opening part(Dl) having relatively narrow width.
