Summary:PURPOSE: A device is provided to support information display corresponding to the moving situation and the moving schedule of a vehicle by transmitting information through the use of multi-address communication and selecting reception information in accordance with the present moving situation and the subsequent moving schedule in respective mobile objects. CONSTITUTION: A device(330) receiving reception information takes out broadcast information and information specifying the place/area of an object transmitting information from reception information, sends broadcast information to a device(338) through a path(333) and sends information specifying the place/area of the object transmitting information to a device(346) through a path(334). A device(344) receives information on the place/area where it exists at present through a path(342), sends it to a device(350) through a path(348) and receives information specifying the corresponding place/area through a path(349). The device(344) receives information on the place/area where it can exist hereafter through a path(343), sends it to the device(350) through the path(348), receives information specifying the corresponding place/area through the path(349) and sends it to the device(346) through a path(345).
