Summary: | PURPOSE: A security apparatus using a CCTV converter is provided to cope with the invasion from the outside by notifying the invasion to a broadcasting station when the invasion is sensed through a sensor. CONSTITUTION: The security apparatus using a CCTV converter includes following units. A tuner(110) is connected to a cable network in order to restore the RF signal transmitted from a broadcasting station(300) into IF signal. A modem(120) is connected to the cable network in order to transmit and receive the data for controlling and managing the respective CCTV converters in the broadcasting station(300). An image processing unit(130) is connected to the output terminal of the tuner(110) in order to transmit an image signal to a television(20) by processing the restored IF signal in the tuner(120). A sound processing unit(140) is connected to the output terminal of the tuner(110) in order to transmit a sound signal to a television(20) by processing the restored IF signal in the tuner(120). A microcontroller(160) drives a modem(120) and transmits an alarm signal when a sensing signal from a sensing unit(200) is inputted through a sensor sensing unit(170). The broadcasting station(300) transmits RF signal via the cable network, and transmits and receives the manage and control signals of the CCTV converter(100) through a modem(120), especially, informs the invasion from the outside to a house by communicating each police station or security company when an alarm signal is transmitted. |
