Summary: | PURPOSE: A measuring device of working voltage is provided to measure power consumption of the same load as electrochemical equipment by calculating the power consumption of the equipment with a new kilowatt-hour meter. CONSTITUTION: A measuring device of working voltage is comprised of: a kilowatt-hour meter(100) calculating the electrothermal energy power required for a load; a Brown's gas generator/reference voltage measuring system(310) generating brown gas and measuring the reference voltage of electrothermal energy with a part of working voltage to measure a rate between the electrothermal energy and electrochemical energy; a total heat value measuring system(320) measuring the total heat value by burning the brown's gas; and an electrochemical energy calculating/displaying unit(330) converting the reference voltage of electrothermal energy and the total energy working voltage into total electrochemical energy. The kilowatt-hour meter is generally used to measure the working power consumption. |
