PURPOSE: A custom made shoe order system and its method are provided to enable a user to register a foot size at a server, and order the shoe with a selected design over the internet so that it can reduce a time from an order to a production. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a shop terminal(11), a main server(14), a shoe tree making device(17), a shoe making device(18) and a delivery system(19). The shop terminal, connected to a 3D scanner, collects scanned data of a foot size, a user personal information, an electronic payment means, an ID code and others. The main server(14) stores the data transmitted from the shop terminal(11), determines an approval of service, and makes an optimal shoe tree data by calling the scanned data of the foot size and the shoe design code, and using a CAD program and a CAD terminal. The main server(14) transmits the made shoe tree data and the shoe design code, and operates the web site over the internet. The shoe tree making device(17) makes the shoe tree by using the data transmitted from the main server(14). The shoe making device(18) makes the shoe according to the design selected by the user by using the shoe tree. 본 발명은 맞춤 구두를 주문제작판매하기 위한 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 신규 고객의 발치수를 3차원 스캐너를 이용하여 매장에서 측정하고, 측정된 데이터를 고객의 신상정보와 함께 메인서버에 전송 저장하고, 저장된 데이터를 이용하여 캐드 프로그램 또는 단말기로 구두골의 최종 데이터를 생성하여 그 구두골 데이터에 의해 구두골을 제작하고, 제작된 구두골을 이용하여 구두를 제작, 고객이 원하는 장소로 배달하며, 발치수를 이미 측정한 기존 고객의 경우 자신의 ID로 인터넷 연결가능한 단말기로 언제든지 원하는 디자인을 선택하여 주문하면, 주문한 고객의 ID로 저장되어 있는 발치수를 데이터를 이용하여 구두골 및 구두를 제작하여 원하는 장소로 배달함으로써 온라인 상으로 맞춤 구두의 주문제작판매를 실현할 수 있는 시스템과 그 방법에 관한 것이다.
